At Salt Marsh Supply Co., we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help make it right.

🌾 30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In the same condition you received it
• With original tags attached
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that returns sent without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away at jimmorton522@gmail.com. We'll work quickly to make things right.

⚓ Items That Can't Be Returned

Because many of our products are made just for you, we cannot accept returns on:

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards

We also cannot accept returns for perishable goods, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, just send us an email—we're happy to answer any questions.

🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size or color?

The quickest way is to return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved. This helps get your new favorite tee headed your way as quickly as possible.

🇪🇺 European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, without needing to provide a justification.

Returned items must still be unworn, unused, in their original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
